Sorry to inform that the latest version of Aescrypt (AESCrypt_mac_gui_v314.1_x64.dmg) doesn't work on macOS Big Sur Version 11.2.3 (20D91)
The program do not start
And do not send any error message.
Could you please help?

Did you put the lock icon on the dock as explained in the user guide, or are you trying to run it directly? It cannot be run directly. It works only by dragging/dropping files.
