HAS ANY OF THIS EVER BEEN AUDITED???? HAS THE AES IMPLEMENTATION BEEN AUDITED????

Over the 14 years or so it has been published, it has been reviewed by many people.

yes but has anyone actually pointed out anything yay or ney or anything? like anyone in the field willing to back aescrypt?

Yes. Issues have been fixed over the years. There are less important issues on the to-do list.
