hello, I have installed aescrypt 64 bits on ubuntu 12, all has working until I launch the program in accessory list I have an error,

If you just tried to run the GUI, that will happen. The program is designed to be run by opening a file and selecting "AES Crypt" as the application to open it with. This is explained in the user guide:
