Install AESCrypt_v310_x64.zip DLL not registering

I am trying to install AESCrypt to Win 7 Pro 64bit using the AESCrypt.msi from AESCrypt_v310_x64.zip
I get the error, "Module C:\program Files\AESCrypt\AESCrypt.dll failed to register. HRESULT - 2147024703. Contact your support personnel."
Please can someone tell me if this error is repeatable? Or is it more likely that my PC's setup is causing the error?
My C++ Runtime is Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable -10.0.40219
I do not have a previous version of AES Crypt installed. This is the first time I've tried to install it.
