Hello. where to download v11??

In V10 the file is encrypted in Linux is not decoded in wondows and Vice versa. error password is not correct.

The Windows code is unchanged, as there hasn't been a need to revise it. The Linux code was recently updated to address a password conversion issue where non-ASCII characters were used on certain platforms.
Are you using non-ASCII passwords? If so, if you compile the latest Linux source, does that still decrypt the file or do you get an error? It's possible if you encrypted with an older Linux version, you may have to use that older version to decrypt, then use the newer one to encrypt.
This bug was only seen on certain platforms, so it went unnoticed for a while.
