why AES 128 number of round 10?
so also with 192 = 12, and 256 = 14?

The standard specifies how many rounds to use given the length of the key. I think the answer to that question is best asked of the designers of the encryption algorithm. It's not really an AES Crypt implementation question. I certainly cannot explain their design choice.
