A new feature that would be great for AesCrypt is something like an executable "Auto-Decrypt". Like WinZip Self-Extractor.

That would be useful, but also presents problems. For example, if the executable runs on Windows, it's useless for Mac or Linux users. Also, if one creates a 64-bit executable and sends it to a user with a 32-bit OS, that will not work. And if it's important, it is a bad idea since even 32-bit versions of Windows will lose support one day.
I cannot trust that the sender of any .exe file is not sending me a virus, for example.
I do agree it would be interesting, but given the really low price of the AES Crypt software, asking the recipient to install it is not a big deal and certainly carries fewer security risks, too.
