Is is possible to encrypt PDF files by AESCrypt.jar (the jar provided by https://www.aescrypt.com/java_aes_crypt.html) ?
If it is, how?

You can encrypt any file with AES Crypt. However, there is no "jar" file on our site. So, I'm not sure what you're referring to exactly.
