Hi,
I want to generate load of sip registration/calls either through using any free/open source tool. Otherwise is there any open source client/apis through which we can develop the same.

Why do you ask this question? You've posted at least twice with links to external sites related to service providers. I allowed them since I thought perhaps you were legitimately wanting to provide useful information. But, for you to post a question related to service providers makes me question the others.

In any case, Packetizer used to maintain a list of service providers, but we finally moved it off-site. We plan to bring that content back in 2012, though, along with a number of other site changes over the year. Here is the page where we keep links to sites that list service providers:
